She’s no longer with us
I wasn’t aware until today when they told me. Luz Maria died Saturday during the night. She was a young woman with a promising future and a husband that loved her dearly. All of her family will miss her very much. I didn’t know her but I did know her husband. This evening I was in the chapel at her viewing. Just two days ago she had plans and activities. Today, today she’s no longer here. They took her life for no reason. There’s no good reason for it at all, especially to those who loved her. Today I met her older sister. I knew she was a Christian and that she had spoken with Luz Maria at different times. She had presented the message of salvation to her. Today we have hope that that message was received by Luz Maria. Her sister is convinced of this. Thanks be to God. But what about those who are still alive? Who will speak with them?
